Personal Proclamation

It’s the end of a week, a mixed, yet power-rendering week which, incalculably, unhesitatingly and unapologetically gave mighty testimony and witness to the Omnipotence, Omniscience and Omnipresence of Creator God. From the onset of this New Year, we have seen how God, in His inimitable power, can bring life from the dead, new from the old and beginning where there was ending.

You were granted three Introductory Days into 2026, where you, and those with whom you shared, were being guided to Personal Identification with your God. Your first introductory day escorted you to your Personal Prayer before God. From your Personal prayer you were encouraged to hold fast again, your Personal Promise to God.

Now, on this final introductory day, you are entreated to Personal Proclamation. What have you proclaimed? What are you still proclaiming? It comes from words, found in the simple, yet solemn prayer, which you prayed on the first day of the New Year.

I bow before You in holy fear,
Without You I’d be, I know not where,
But Your precious Love, so rich, so dear,
Has brought me to this another year.

Bowed before Almighty God, your heavenly Father, in holy fear – sincerity, honesty, truth, humility and all righteousness - all which come from above, you have proclaimed two most life-attesting facts. These are what you have announced to God without hesitation, consideration or procrastination. This is your declaration to your Heavenly Father.

Here then is your first proclaimed personal fact.

Without You I’d be, I know not where.

You have made this pronouncement to God that without Him, no one else and nothing else but He alone, has been your safety, sanctity, sanity, stay and continued Saviour. You have openly declared to Father God that if it were not for Him, you certainly would not be bowing before Him, in this moment. Yes, you may be alive, but certainly not in service to Him. Your pronouncement is this. Unless God had kept you, you would be dead, silent to Him. Like the psalmist, you too can declare with convincing proof this fact. Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul would soon have settled in silence. Psalm 94: 17

This is your second proclaimed personal fact.

But Your precious Love, so rich, so dear, has brought me to this another year.

You have made this sweepingly wide and voluminous declaration before God. You have stated that it was God’s precious Love, His lavish, indescribable, stupendous, unsearchable and invaluable Love that has brought you to where you are. Note the stubborn certainty, the unwavering assurance, the proven truth that where you are had absolutely nothing to do with you. You had no input in the workings of God. You have given God’s Love its due power, strength, authority and singular Lordship. Love has done it all and you are the living testimony of such Love. God has kept your soul in His care.

Not only that, but you are relating to God, how much you lift high His unrelenting, unwavering and unending Love. Listen to these words again. Love has brought me to this another year. Are you not saying, with everything else, that if God has brought you to this another year, He has done this for you already? In fact, for as long as you have been living, without exception, it is God and God alone, who has brought you through each year, including this present one. God’s Love is unrelentingly faithful.

Now think about what you are categorically stating to Father God about who He is and has been to you.  Aren’t you stating that His love for you faithfully continues, despite your present condition and despite your responses to Him? I am positive that your sincerely grateful heart and your honest conscience, will not let you hide or deny the fact that you were not always faithful to your heavenly Father. Yet, though you were wicked to Him and got up to all kinds of mischief, most displeasing to Him, He never ever for one moment was unfaithful to you. This fact has been signed, sealed and delivered, completely and victoriously true, by your very presence before God. Like Paul, you too can make this bold pronouncement. If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself. 2 Timothy 2: 13.

Has this all not fixed and fitted you to step confidently and without fear, into the hours, days, weeks, and months that lie ahead, as God wills? Your Personal Prayer, Personal Promise and Personal Proclamation, have been received by God. With the enabling Power and Presence of God the Holy Spirit, follow Him into God’s prepared path for you.

Ever faithful, ever true, ever just and ever right God, You are Holy. We bless and worship You only, as You give us entrance into You. Amen!
