We are deeply aware that we have been given the privilege and distinct honour to be able to see the ultimate day of July 2023. My friend, do not take this time for granted. However hard, rough and difficult your time has been, it is Sovereign God, in His Sovereign will, who has given you this precious moment.

Regardless of your sins of omission, commission, or both, Father God has chosen to keep you alive to see this ending. There is nothing about you that should make Him want to give you His good. Our Heavenly Father has done so by His own Will and we ought always to learn to be appreciative. Saying, thank You Father, is easy to do, but living a thank you, is not that simple. Our lives will only respond with gratitude and thanks when we know the Holy Ghost’s leading and guiding.

  • Holy Spirit, what is there in me that You cannot do? Nothing!

  • What barriers and blocks are there before me that You cannot remove? None!

  • What lessons are there of our Lord that You cannot teach me? None!

  • What promises of Father God are there that You cannot enable me to receive? None!

Spirit Divine, I accept that You are the Spirit of truth. I believe that You will guide me into all truth. I thank You that I can depend on You implicitly, to bring me to completion in this end of a month. I also trust Your faithfulness to take me to continuation in the new month, as is Your will. Make it all real and personal to me please. Quicken me, O Holy Ghost, quicken me now. Amen!

It is in our revived and quickened hearts and minds that our completion of one month brings us to receive this promise made with condition. We receive it from Deuteronomy 11: 13 – 14. So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today – to love the LORD your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul – then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and oil.

Just to listen to this promise, this Word, sends one’s head in a twirl, doesn’t it? Straightway, you want it and you want it all. But for whom is this promise?

We know for sure that it is not for the world. We also know, without doubt, that it is not for anyone who is claiming God, but is not living in His faith and trust. We know that God delights in faith and without it, it is impossible to please Him. So who is this promise with condition for?

Yes, you know and we shall discuss this tomorrow, DV
