Jesus Christ is Risen Today! Hallelujah!

Light has come with us to stay! Hallelujah!

Shine His Light o’er vale and hill! Hallelujah!

Let all darkness His Light fill! Hallelujah!

Hallelujah! On this celebrated Resurrection Day, this first day of the week, we rejoice in the Victory of our Lord and Saviour, when He rose from the grave.

Today in our time of celebrating, we receive from Scripture, the Infallible Word of God, given for our edification, some resurrection facts. We receive them all from Scripture, because we believe this by faith. All Scripture is God-breathed and is used for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3: 16 – 17.

It is in Light of this confidence in the Power of the Holy Word, that we listen, receive and celebrate the indescribable and unsearchable, precious riches of Jesus’ Resurrection, freely showered in copious measure on all who believe.

Receive Birth, through Jesus’ Resurrection.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy, he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. 1 Peter 1: 3

Hallelujah! Resurrection affords us Birth, new birth into a living hope in Christ Jesus.

Receive Blessing, through Jesus’ Resurrection.

But what does it say? The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10: 8 – 9.

Hallelujah! Resurrection affords us Blessing of salvation.

Receive Beauty, through Jesus’ Resurrection.

I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his suffering, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. Philippians 3: 10 – 11.

Hallelujah! Resurrection affords us the Beauty of suffering, for without the cross, there is no crown.

Receive Bonding, through Jesus’ Resurrection.

We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection. Romans 6: 4 – 5

Hallelujah! Resurrection affords us Bonding, uniting us with Jesus to live as one with Him.

Receive Bounty, through Jesus’ Resurrection.

For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. 2 Corinthians 5: 14 - 15

Hallelujah! Resurrection affords us Bounty of all – Christ Jesus dying for all and Christ Jesus rising for all – so that all are free to live in Him and for Him.
