Purpose Of The Blood

The question posed to us, asked whether or not each of us was able to honestly proclaim and claim in our lives, the stated facts about the Blood of Jesus. It was also suggested that perhaps, when we were reminded of and shown some relevant Scripture passages, the responses of some would be without wavering, uncertainty or procrastination.
May we be granted heart-hearing, as the Holy Spirit continues to lead us through. Amen!
Matthew 26: 28. This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
From the lips of Jesus Himself, He has stated that the purpose of His poured out Blood is for the forgiveness of sins. And He states that it is not for a select few, but for many. Does this mean that when we remain in Christ Jesus, we know all our sins forgiven? We are talking, not about some sins, but all sins, in thought, word and deed. We are talking about all past sins, present sins and future sins. I confess that with my mind of flesh, this makes no sense to me for it simply cannot be true. But with my mind of faith, I believe and accept that what is impossible for me and some of you also, is very possible with God.
The question now is this.
Do you know forgiveness, which is in the Blood of Jesus?
To live your life as one held by regrets and guilt, and live your life in the bondage of your sins, while claiming life in Christ Jesus, is most unfortunate.
Believe! There is forgiveness in the Blood of Jesus.
Romans 5: 9. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! Faith allows us to hear, receive and accept the infallible Word of Scripture. All we who are in Christ Jesus, are in His Blood and it is by His Blood that we are justified, made just and right in the sight of Father God. Not only that, but we receive the fullness of being in Christ because, being justified by His Blood, we go on to know full salvation from the wrath of God. Does this mean that we can have the fullness of life, life in all its abundance, right now and in the life to come? With my carnal eyes, I confess that I do not easily see this as being so. However, with the sound, sure eye of faith, you and I know it to be so, for the Word does not deceive us.
The question now is this.
Do you know fullness, which is in the Blood of Jesus?
To live your life as one who has not been made right with the Lord, one who is living with uncertainties, and anxieties about you and the wrath of God, while claiming life in Christ Jesus, is most grievous.
Believe! There is fullness in the Blood of Jesus.
Revelation 1: 4b – 5. Grace and peace to you from him who is, and who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits before his throne, and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood. As John writes to the Churches about his divine revelation, he greets them as he greets us, the Church of Christ Jesus. He gives a blessed greeting, invoking the grace and peace of Jesus upon the Churches, then speaks these words about Jesus, whom he personally knows. He highlights the love of Jesus and His freeing Blood. Many a believer finds it easier to speak of the love, kindness, goodness and mercy of our Lord Jesus, in their lives, but are more tentative when it comes to the freeing Blood of Jesus. Are you living as one in Christ Jesus free at last from the bondage and condemnation of sin? There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8: 1.
The question now is this.
Do you know freedom, which is in the Blood of Jesus?
To live your life as one who does not know the freedom of the Spirit, one who lives in constant fear and anxiety, while proclaiming life in Christ Jesus, is most unhealthy.
Believe! There is freedom in the Blood of Jesus.
Ephesians 2: 13. But now in Christ Jesus you who were once far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. At one time there was separation between Father God and all of us. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. Isaiah 59: 2. This is not so, for all of us who have accepted Jesus Christ and live in Him. Through the Blood of Jesus, we have been reconciled to Father God. Through Jesus’ Blood, favour has been bestowed upon us, so that we all, in Him, are privileged to be brought intimately close to God in daily fellowship.
The question now is this.
Do you know favour, which is in the Blood of Jesus?
To live your life as one far from Father God, not hearing Him, not having intimate communion with Him, and not knowing deep, personal fellowship with Him, while holding life in Christ Jesus, is most unscrupulous.
Believe! There is favour in the Blood of Jesus.
These have by no means exhausted the purpose of the Blood of Jesus for us.
