Come Holy Ghost

Today is special and most fortuitous for all of us who, in the Spirit, have accepted, with grateful hearts, this most precious day. It is not the norm for us to have, in one given week, this experience. We have been granted the privilege of living to see the end of the first six months of the year 2023.

Today, by God’s grace and His grace only, we have stepped on to the first day of the final six months of the year. Who gives this grace but God! Thanks be to God!

Now, having been brought to the end of this week with our Teacher, Helper and Guide, the Holy Spirit, we conclude with the given words of prayer which He has inspired. I refer to the calling prayers of response, after the last three days of sharing, which were inspired by our Holy Spirit. I offer three reasons for bringing these prayers to you again.

First, they have been brought to us as one prayer and not as three prayers, as prayed during the last three days, with an extra verse added.
Second, bringing them together, helps to give us a fuller picture of what we have called on the Spirit for. Seeing them as one, lets us know that each is needed and necessary for every day, as we offer ourselves to the work and service of our Lord and Master.
Third, it has been made more accessible to us, not just to pray, but for sharing with others.
